I was overworked and overscheduled, and I had no clue what boundaries were.
I knew I had unprocessed trauma from my childhood, but often told myself that I’d get to that when my kids grew up. Meanwhile, I’d lose my shit on my kids in the exact ways that created so much pain for me as a child.
Then I found coaching, and my entire world shifted. Left a stressful toxic relationship and job, got much needed therapy to heal old wounds, and was able to view parenting as a gift instead of a curse.

I have been married and divorced twice.
My co-parents (yes, plural; it takes a village, y’all) are aligned in how we do this crazy thing called parenting.
